Now that we have gotten the important information out of the way, take a few minutes to nerd out with Aaron Sagers by looking through the gallery of adventures of this nerd-gone-pro...

"Some people know me as the paranormal pop culture guy, while others think of me as a sci-fi or even horror junkie. The truth is, I am all of those. I grew up in the 1980s, the youngest of five kids, child of two baby boomers, in the theme park capital Orlando, Florida. I was a reader, watcher, roleplayer and gamer. And the '80s were a perfect time to be formed into a well-rounded omni-geek. Instead of just loving sci-fi or fantasy or horror or the paranormal, I devoured it all. My storytelling heroes were Lucas, Spielberg, Asimov, Bradbury, Harryhausen, Carpenter, Craven, King, Roddenberry, Romero, Serling, Tolkien, Vonnegut, Henson, Burton, Ditko, Lee and many, many more. Over time, Rowling, Martin, Gaiman and others have been added to the mix of creators filling my head with more tales. Now I am incredibly grateful to be a paid to be a nerd, and have had the opportunity to encounter a lot of the people who made me the ticking pop-culture geek I remain. In the following pics, you will see me nerding out, and I invite you to join me." -Aaron Sagers
